Pleased to meet you Jim.

I'm Jeff Carrie and I'm busy working on my Master's in Electrical
Engineering.

You're more than welcome to use the above lines in your essay
(and here I am hoping that it is not entitled "Idiots who
are wasting the resources of the INTERNET and ruining it for everybody")
though in return I'll ask for a copy of the essay.
(Since the round trip to Hawaii is probably not part of the
alternative prize list)

MacDavis was written in September and October of 1994 as a daily serial
with that specific scene (ActIISceneIV) e-mailed out on 22Sept94

OK those were easy questions, now my turn:

1. What is the title of the essay and for what purpose is it being written?

2. How did you stumble onto the web page? (which I'm sure many do, but how
did you manage to read all the way through it. )

3. So what's new in the Garden State?

Regards,

J.S.C.

My fears were alleived by the following response

Jeff,

I think if I publish my essay "The Parable of the Monkeys" it is I, not
you, who will be clearly the winner of the the "Idiots who are wasting
the resources of the INTERNET and ruining it for everybody" contest.
