The Rifleman
Chuck Connors starred as tv's Rifleman. This was one of television's
first real western drama. This show had realistic storylines and
great actors. The premise of the show had Lucas McCain raising
his son Mark alone. Lucas' wife had passed on. McCain was
the fastest gun around, but he didn't use pistols, he used a rifle
which he could fire faster than any else could shoot a pistol.
