Last year, Mad About You was yanked off from Thursday (behindFriends)--much to Reiser's chagrin--and unloaded on Sundays. It shined effortlessly in the society of the mirthless bores that accented the holiday's prime time. Now, it's relegated to Tuesdays.
Paul Reiser's incessant whining induces a gentle throbbing around the temples at times, however, the chemistry between the characters overshadows that and the rather unnecessary digressions the nibs indulge in. It still remains an appropriate way to decimate 30 minutes.
