"Come in. Everyone's
welcome here!" |
 |
The resident tech wizard of the trio, Lex
has established a home-away-from-castle in the restored Clocktower
(which is not to say he lives here all the time). When Gabriel,
Esa, and Macavity appeared in our world, he was the first to
see them and offered them solace in his Tower retreat. They gladly
accepted, being as out-of-place on the streets of New York as
the halfling himself. Lex greets all visitors to the Clocktower
personally at the Gateway, and will also give them all the information
about the site they might need. He'll also give you a tour of
some memorabilia of his days on television, and direct you to
contests and the Tower Map. |

Gabriel Moonshadow |
"We are the controllers
of our own fates." |
 |
Gabriel has lived a transient life. Born
in another dimension with the powers to become a mage, he was
transported to our world as an infant and raised among humans.
Because of his appearance, he was labeled an outcast and spent
a number of years living on the streets. However, his outcast
status did not leave him bitter toward humanity; his ear was
damaged while saving the life of a drowning woman. Finally returned
to his homeland, he was taught the ways of sorcery and soon became
High Mage of his people. He and his two students ended up in
our world as the result of a miscast spell on the part of Esa.
Gabriel will direct you through the Library and show you to the
Discussion Forum. |

Macavity Shydekka |
"I am not a cat!" |
 |
Sure, she may look like a cat, but
she's actually an interdimensional sentient life form. Trained
in the use of magic by Gabriel, Macavity excells at her calling
as a healer. But that doesn't always mean she has to like it!
She came to our world with Gabriel, and curiously took a liking
to Lex. She'll give you a tour of the links page, introduce you
to the Tower Pests, er, Pets, and even lead you here! |

Esa Shadowtree |
"I never asked
to be a mage!" |
 |
Esa is a reluctant sorceress who believes
she was simply born to the wrong parents. She has no desire to
learn the magical heritage of her people, instead preferring
to spend her time in leisure activities. However, the Council
of Mages has forced her into training because of her extremely
powerfull potential. During her training exercises, she would
do everything in her power to avoid actually practicing magic,
leading the Council to assign her to their Leader and High Mage
Gabriel. Her haphazard spell-casting techniques lead Macavity
to be bound into training, as well as teleporting the three into
an alternate dimension with, thusfar, no way of getting home.
Let Esa direct you to the Gallery and Wyvern Awards, if you dare. |
