All Gargoyles characters, images, sounds, etc, are owned by the Disney company, so they're the only ones who can make a buck off 'em. Therefore, I get no money off this project whatsoever!
All my personal graphics are watermarked, and can be easily tracked back to me. They're registered with DigiMarc, and if you don't believe it, look 'em up! If you want to use them, please ask, I'll get back to you as soon as possible. :)
Of course, not all the graphics are mine. Those that other nice artists created shouldn't be stolen, either. If you want them, ask the creators listed.
As for the Disney-owned graphics, go ahead and take those. <g>
Yeah, Lexington Wyvern is just a variation on the Disney character, so I have pretty much no claim to him. But Gabriel Moonshadow, Esa Shadowtree, and Macavity Shydekka are mine, I created them, and if I catch anyone stealing them, I smell a lawsuit. Why? Because I'm currently working on a novel about the three characters, and they're only here for a little exposure before I get it done and try to publish it. Look here for a bit of info on it.
