This just started bugging me today... I never really had anything against any of the SM webpage reviewers, (as long as they didn't pick my page as a bad one! ^_-) but is anyone else noticing the continuing trend of them picking the same webpages? Or to put it simpler, they usually review the same pages. Sometimes. It gets sort of annoying because since they sometimes tend to be overly picky they over look the nice ones. Just because a webpage isn't huge doesn't mean it's not good! One of my favorite small sites is a SailorPluto shrine, Warrior of Time, but I'm sure they wouldn't pick it. (I should nominate it...) The writing is very cool, she has a unique style and her page has more of a personal touch. I'm not trying to put down the pages that win their awards, but sometimes only info doesn't cut it. For example, my site has some info, and other stuff which I hope is entertaining. But information can be so... repetitive... it gets boring.

I'm always happy for the pages that win the awards, but it sort of bugs me. Suddenly you can't go to any link list without seeing that site... And some sites are super popular, and then they get the best site award and become over popular! A lot of pages have their personal touches, but I can think of some VERY popular sites that I find boring because they lack the personal touch. I don't know if my site has it, but my site isn't very popular! (Even though I'm SOOOO happy with my counter! ^_^)I think some reviewers are too strict... And it sort of bugs me. And I always feel sorry for the people on the worst page list. Suddenly their hits sky rocket, and they may not know why. And if you read the review before you go to the page, you may not notice the flaws and find some good things. I mean, my page was HORRIBLE for SOOOO long! I finally got it better to what it is now, and the response is so much better! Anyways, that's all from me. By the way, I know this page has a weird appearence, I'm just experimenting with tables.
