Taking the first step towards reaching Aebra, the World of Gold, we find the three sisters arriving at Atlantis to board Penny's hyperstellar mean machine dubbed the Visigoth.
Several others are about to make the trip however, including Ace - the pilot, natch; a few gold hungry leprachauns (avec "Vaultron" robot warrior), and someone Penny knows who was caught "stowing away Spridle and Chim Chim style."
Also, we get the first glimpse of the non-lycanthropic Brianna. (Three words, Mr. Perry. WOW.) Could this be the Brianna that is able to use magic?!? [a rumor, T-5 issues...]
Stryyp battles the invaders of his homeworld, knowing full-well that it is an impossible battle to live through. Still, with the aid of his magical artifacts, he manages to kick the snot out of the enemy, (but to what cost?)
The artwork in this issue is phenomenal, but not as good as the end of the Time Warp storyline. The cover is exceptional! Mr. Perry's workings of faces and scenes (that tell a story) convey a great deal of impact on the reader, hopefully generating a greater readership in the comic shops as a result.
