-Plot summary-

Two brothers, Steve and Doug Butabi, want only to get into the coolest club in town. After being tuned down numerous times, they hatch a plan to start their own awesome club. After a run-in with Richard Grieco, the brothers become more determined than ever to get a club of their own.
