The Officially Unofficial Maniac Mansion Story.

Twenty years ago today, a meteor crashed at the old doctor's place on the hill.
Ever since that day, that family has never come outside. They stay inside doing
strange things. Some folks even say they have a nuclear reactor in the basement!
But that's just folks for you. Still, though, they say that that darn meteor took
over and has brainwashed the doctor. Nobody paid them much mind until that cheerleader
disappeared and those kids went in to rescue them. Those are some strange folk, though.
I remember before the crash I sold them my old Edsel. They asked me if it could hit
light speed and I asked them what the hell they were talking about. Nevermind they said
and they took it. But anyway, I'm ramblin'...that's what us old folks do though.
