Why ?
Since I first came accross the Little Earthquakes
CD, I became an EWF so I've spent lots of time on the net, searching for
info and everything I could find about Tori.
At the beggining this page was meant to be just a place for me
to store and organize everything I had about her. Then, seeing that my
brother (who is too lazy to read in english) only knew about Tori beacuse
of the stuff I read and told him... I decided to translate some articles
into spanish... Now I want to share these translations with some other
people that might be in the same situation as Mario.
There's also an english version to each of the files...so don't feel left
out you english readers :-). Enjoy. BTW this page must've been called YKMR... Y Kant MARIO Read :-)
What can you find here ?
This page is divided in several sections, if you
have been here before I
suggest that you go to the page where there's a list
of the new stuff in my site, and start from there.
If it's your
first time here, just take a look around. InWho's
Tori Amos there is a brief bio of Tori. In the
Pictures page there are some pictures of her. In the RAINN section you'll find info on RAINN
the Rape abuse and Incest National Network.
In the Interviews section there are some cool
interviews, that shall introduce to the world of Tori Thoughts. In the
Trunk page you'll find ..I don't know yet what I'll put in there ...
The Concert and CD Reviews section is just
reviews from her CD's, concerts, whatever, done by EWF and critics.
How ?
The net has been the only source of information available for me in
my country. No mags, no talk shows, no concerts, ... no Tori at all. So
this page was created mainly thanks to Mikewhy's page and some other people like Richard H, that shared their
stuff with me
Por qué?
Desde que llego a mis manos el CD Little Earthquakes,
me converti en una
OCP, asi que pase mucho tiempo en la red, buscando información y
todo lo que pudiera encontrar acerca de Tori.
Al principio esta página se suponia que era un lugar donde yo pudiera
guardar
y organizar todas las cosas que encontre acerca de ella. Luego viendo que mi
hermano (quien es demasiado haragán para leer en inglés) solo sabía acerca
de Tori por las cosas que yo lei y le conté... Decidí traducir algunos
artículos al español... Ahora quiero compartir esas traducciones con otra
gente que quizás esté en la misma situación que Mario.
Espero que los disfruten.
También hay una versión en inglés para cada uno de los archivos...
Qué podes encontrar aquí ?
Esta página está dividida en varias
secciones, si ya has estado aqui antes
te sugiero que vayas a la página dónde está la lista
de lo nuevo en mi sitio, y comenzá desde alli. Si es tu primera vez
aqui,
recorre las páginas y mira un poco. En la sección Quien es
Tori Amos hay una pequeña biografia de Tori.EnFotos hay varias fotos de ella. En
RAINN Encontras información sobre RAINN la fundación para las
víctimas de abuso, violación e incesto.En la sección de Entrvistas hay
algunas
entrvistas muy buenas, que deberían introducirte al pensamiento de Tori.
En Baúl todavía no se que voy a poner ahi. En
Críticas de Conciertos y CD están las críticas de
CD conciertos o lo que sea, hechos por OCP y críticos.
Cómo ?
La red ha sido la unica fuente de información
disponible en mi país. No
hay revistas, shows, conciertos, ... nada de Tori. Asi que esta página
fué creada principalmente gracias a la páginas de Mikewhy, y de alguna otra gente como Richard H.
que me cedió su material.
