The Spy Who Loved Me say the departure of Harry Saltzman over differences in The Man With The Golden Gun. Roger Moore was back again in 1977 with what has been refereed to by many as the most difficult movie to make. There was no soundstage at the time large enough to make the movie. Albert R. Broccoli made the statement “The build one that will.”. Pinewood studios in London did just that building the worlds largest soundstage at that time. It was then named the 007 Soundstage. It is still used today in fact part of the new film Tomorrow Never Dies was and is being filmed there. All that aside the story involved the Karl Stromberg plot to destroy the world to build a new community under the sea. Bond and Russian agent Major Anya Amasova (XXX) are sent to find out what has happened to both countries nuclear submarines. All points to Stromberg and with some 007 luck the plan is ruined with Karl shot to death by Bond who is looking for XXX.
