This movie brings to the forefront the worlds need for oil and Elektra King has a lot of those levers of power in her hands. After her kidnapping her mind became twisted and revenge on those who did little or nothing to help her. With some help she plans to rule the world through her supply of oil. Bond has been sent to make sure she isn't kidnapped again, but on his own investigation figures out what Elektra is up to.
