Justin Stewart was a vital new member of the Power team, who came through in the clutch to become the Blue Turbo Ranger. With Rocky hurt the Rangers were a man short, but Rocky sent Justin in his place. When he morphs into a Power Ranger, he grows to the size of an adult giveing him more strength. The Blue Turbo Ranger stood ready to take on any threat that Divatox may have had. When confronted by her evil warriors, he could summon his Turbo Hand Blasters, or Turbo Blade. He could also pull his Auto Blaster from his holster to give villains a blast. The Blue Turbo Ranger first piloted the Mountain Blaster Turbo Zord. He later recieved the Siren Blaster Rescue Zord and his Storm Blaster vehicle. However, the Powers were lost when Eltar fell to the forces of evil. Although some time later the Storm Blaster returned, and somehow had Justin's Morpher. Justin was able to Morph again to help the Space Rangers, since Eltar was no longer under attack. Justin kept his Morpher, however it is not known if he ever used it again.
