This six day course will guide students through the numerous stages of designing, constructing and operating animated prosthetic devices. It will provide students with comprehensive instruction on the basic requirements for working in an animatronics laboratory and as a freelance special effects professional.


Who Should Consider Taking This Course?

This course has been designed for those wishing to upgrade or specialize in special effects for film and television. Previous experience in life casting, molding and sculpting is required. If you have no previous experience in these areas, this course should be taken in conjunction with our 6 Week Special Effects Course for Film, Television and Theatre, or taken upon completion of the "6 Month Course" or our 37 Week evening course.

The school will provide the bulk items required. Upon registration students will receive a list of additional products and equipment that they will require.
