Not to be confused with Jess Franco's Bloody Moon. Okay slasher about an impotent maniac biology teacher who kills kiddies while they are about to have sex. He uses a barbwire garotte to do his dirty work. Not a bad film with a not so happy ending. I wouldn't call this typical slasher fare either. Something to get if you can't find anything better.
