It's a take it or leave it vampire yarn from Fangoria. The plot is not as straightforward as you would expect. Lets just say in a nut-shell its about a small community whose inhabitants are turned into vampires. A lone school teacher and young girl (Ami Dolenz) run through the place staking the bloodsuckers to death with help from a zany street preacher. More gore would have been a plus as the most we get are stakes in the heart. Some nice effects though by KNB especially the vampire cocoon with the lungs. Surprisingly the cast keep it all very lively. From the director who made Ticks and Hellraiser II.
