CLERKS Review On "Violent Maniac's Cage"

The first and second best installment in the series. If you don't know what I'm talking about let me repeat. . . . . . The second is Mallrats and the third is Chasing Amy. This one definitely has more of an independent feel but the gritty humor is so well relayed it's not funny. Jay and Silent Bob have their usual rebel roles.

Film hasn't an ounce of plot. It's just about a clerk at a convenience store and the clerk at a video store who interact with each other throughout their daily jobs. I would have liked to seen more well placed humor in the place of the well thought out talks on relationships but I hate to say that seems to run most films these days.
