CONFESSIONS OF A SERIAL KILLER
(1987, USA)
DIRECTED BY: Mark Blair.
Very effective chiller about the exploits of real life serial killer Henry Lee Lucas. A later film was released also based on the serial killer titled Henry: Portrait Of A Serial Killer. Confessions is a very disturbing account of Luca's and buddy Otis's killing spree. The film works well because it even looks into Henry's horribly bizarre childhood, something that would mess anybody up in the head for good.
I enjoyed Portrait more but this one has the ability to disturb without showing the graphic details. Another film worth viewing for sure. Robert A. Burns is very good as the white bred trailer trash killer.
