CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON

Old horror classic with a group of explorers down in South America who are there for some sort of boring research until they become prey for a cool looking creature. For an old film surprisingly people die but there is no gore. Some good moments but the old partner feud between the two stud scientists and the perfect woman companion is just plain TOO Hollywood for me. Great looking people, "SCREW THE PERFECT PEOPLE, FUCK THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME!" (thank you Pennywise). I looked at this film in the frame of mind of the people disturbing the creature and it kicking their arses for doing it so they can all DIE in my books. Good underwater photography for the time it was made.
