Decent but muddled Japanimation tale of the future and the use of souls or as the title suggests "ghosts" and putting them in special cyborg bodies. The film has your usual goverment conspiracy and corporate siege. The film really concentrates on the cyborgs and the lives and feelings they have. There's a couple of doses of your extreme animated gore violence but nothing as cool as Fist Of The North Star.

There will probably be a couple more installments of this for sure. This film will appeal more to fans of this type of anime sci-fi. I thought it was alright if a bit boring and too technical for its own good. For Janimation die-hards.
