Those Brits like to rip off sci-fi films and this is a prime example. Made a couple of years after Alien and around the time of Xtro. I've heard this is the cut version as the original uncut one goes under the alternate title listed above Insemenoid. Lets just say I've seen films cut a lot worse than this (try Blockbusters Dead Alive or Day Of The Dead for starters, actually don't do that).

Almost every gore scene is shown but only briefly and not as lengthily as it might be in uncut form. Only one death is not shown and I'm curious to see it but not curious enough to buy this, I only paid a buck to rent it. It has a female space researcher becoming impregnated by an alien (cool scene with the tube) and killing her crew in their underground lab in space. I liked the music for some reason. This film is similar to Alien for sure, it even has the sleep pods and a black guy look alike for Yaphet Koto's character in Alien. I found it to be enjoyable nonetheless. This version was 93min.
