Highly improved sequel has one flaw, it kills off Bruce Campbell too early (oops, better you should know before you watch it and get even more disappointed). Everything else about this is very entertaining. Explosive action as the deformed police officer goes on another rampage and detective Robert Davi must pick up the pieces. One memorable scene has the Maniac Cop inside a police station shooting it to bits (Terminator anyone?). I was surprised at how good this was.
