Even though I'm not one to gush over episode based on Xander. The
episode made me over look that and left me rolling in the isles.
Each underlying joke funnier than the last. The pokes made at the shows rampant clichés like the over dramatic love scene between Buffy and Angel; to top that off the way over dramatic music in the background was hilarious.
Also the scene with Angel walking into the Bronze looking for Buffy but finding a rather bored and frustrated Xander was not only funny but sad on Xander's part he always hated Angel then he calls him "buddy" that was priceless.
Now the
recurring jokes made at Xander himself and his shear stupidity was perfect
like the "we're just raslin', not a gay way." scene was great also
the scene where Oz and Xander talk
about "cool" is utterly hilarious.
Also the whole
sex thing between Faith and Xander kinda grossed me out but then I thought
who else would have sex with her and vise-versa. Of course when she
threw him out stating that she had to take a shower that was so funny my
side started to hurt form laughing to much.
Now my last nonsensical paragraph is of course about the last scene with the bomb and the Hellmouth situation I loved it all but i really liked it when Oz ate everyone and later stated that he was "oddly full"
Like you care, but I also noted that the clock on the time bomb was off if you count with it you get to zero about in the middle of the conversation with Xander and O'Tool then they reveal the clock once more and it says ten seconds.
