Start the album so that the very first sound you hear (before the breaking glass) comes in the exact instant that the camera cuts from Neo in Limbo to Neo waking up in the chair. After "Black or White", pause the CD for a second or so so that the choir in the beginning of "Who Is It" comes in right when the camera cuts to Trinity climbing out of the manhole.
