3000 Miles To Graceland stars Kurt Russell, Kevin Costner and Courtney Cox. This film is led by an all-star cast which takes the audience into a world of romance, twisted thrills, and massive destruction.
The character played by Kevin Costner (Thomas Murphy) assembles a group of outlaws (Christian Slater, David Arquette, Bokeem Woodbine, and Howie Long) in order to perform one of the most daring heists in criminal history. Wearing Elvis clothing and carrying dangerous weapons, he has developed a plan to knock-off the 2001 International Elvis Convention and make his robbery.
Murphy's partner in crime (named Michael Zane), is an electronics expert and ex-convict. The character named Michael is portrayed by Kurt Russell. It is his responsibility to get the outlaws out safely. However, the problem in his mind is somewhere else. A few days before, he met Cybil Waingrow (played by Courtney Cox). Michael fell in love with Cybil during a somewhat complicated time in his life.
Personalities begin to go against each other. Murphy is after the money and Cybil is after Michael. Meanwhile, the Federal Marshalls (Kevin Pollak and Thomas Hayden Church) are after everyone.
With his life in danger, Michael must choose between the stolen money and the possibility of a future family. The film becomes a race between: Every man, woman and Elvis for themselves as money changes hands, bodies pile-up and Michael and Murphy race towards a final stand-off. Whoever survives will be King. This a great film for action fans. I give 3000 Miles To Graceland a 9 out of 10.
