SimbiAni's August, 1997 Diary

STATS: Me- Age14, Grade8th, Starting 9th

Today is Friday, August 1, 1997.
I'm sitting in my room, w/Ring running around.
Last Saturday, I went to Ames after Bread & Roses, & I bought the following w/$11.00: Jewel Hair Mermaid Barbie, 2 Duracell batteries, 4 Mead 1-subject notebooks, & 1 sheet of JURASSIC PARK 2: THE LOST WORLD stickers. Weird. I was kinda hoping to buy a backpack, but they didn't have my style, & their JURASSIC PARK stuff cost way too much. I mean, JP is worth a lot of money, but I don't really want to spend 2 bucks for a 50 page notebook that the only picture of JP is on the cover. Now that's pretty stupid.
Oh, no, I just missed "Mad About You"! It's 11:30pm. Ho-well. Guess I'll have9908is-Oh, my kitten just ran across the keyboard!
As I was saying, I'll have to wait till next Monday night. Haven't sold any cards since, but looking forward to next week, because I'm filling special requests for Johanne & Carilyn. Got my JURASSIC PARK 2: THE LOST WORLD stuff in the mail. Got my new TEENBEAT issue for November. And got my new D.A. issue for August 30. "Days" is getting really good. Now I own Bubbling Mermaid Barbie & Jewel Hair Mermaid Barbie. And finally our pool is clean so I might go swimming tomorrow if I can persuade Mom to let me. I watched TGIF tonight. Well, I gotta get ready for bed so goodnight! 12:06am. F-8-1-97, or should I say St-8-2-97.

Today is Saturday, August 23, 1997.
I'm watching "Saved By The Bell". 11:12am. So much has happened. I go to school next week. High school. I've got all the school supplies I need, but I need some more clothes. Well, I'm going in the kitchen now, so see ya later! 11:15am.
Back. 11:33am. Watching second "Saved By The Bell". The Saturday before last Saturday, I won a 101 DALMATIONS T-shirt. Yay! But it hasn't come in the mail yet, tho I’ve waited 14 days already. Ho, well. Oh! No more memory left! Bye!

Today's Saturday, August 23, 1997.
My INTRODI2 just ran outta space. Ho well. Lots happened since last time I wrote in. I've won 3, no, 4, things so far that should be coming in the mail soon. First, a 101 DALMATIANS T-shirt; the other 3, coupons for free Nabisco cookie or cracker packages. Watching Baywatch. Well, I gotta go for now, so bye! 12:11pm.
Back. Now, it's 10:06pm. We have cable, but no premium channels yet. Watching WB56 Ten o'clock news. Oo! MANNEQUIN is gonna be on again! Sunday, at 2pm! Well, I wanna color now, so bye! 10:12pm. St-8-23-97.

Today's Friday, August 29, 1997.
I've been to high school this week, & today I watched HOUSE ARREST. Boy, is that a good movie! Now I'm watching "Step By Step". 8:26pm. I'm going to watch TV now ("BMW" is next!) so bye! 8:27pm. F-8-29-97.
