Before joining my ring there are a few rules to follow, and they are:
1.) Please make sure that the webring is on the main page of your site. If it is not on the main page you will not be added. Or a splash page or webring page.
2.) Your site must be VCA Related.
3.) After filling out the join form, you must email Heaven
4.) After joining and being added to the ring if you do not have the correct html fragment on your site it will be removed.
5.) And last but not least, enjoy the ring, I hope it brings you lots of visitors.
