There are literally millions of pictures of darling Davy pinned up on the bedroom walls of dedicated Davy lovers everywhere and millions of girls try to put into words what they see in those fabulous FaVE Pix. FaVE reporter Sherry Bartlett visited Davy recently beside the pool of his groovy house in the Hollywood Hills above the Sunset Strip. Davy is in extra good physical condition now as he prepares for an important but secret acting assignment. This story was inspired in Sherry by that magnificent sunlit Saturday afternoon with Davy.

No matter which FaVE you have given your heart there are very few girls who would disagree with this statement: David Jones may well be the most beautiful person God ever created. As I sat in the beach chair beside his pool soaking up the Southern California sun trying not to be too embarrassed in front of Davy by my new yellow bikini, I watched Davy practicing on the diving board. Davy is a very graceful diver and knows many Olympic dives. He could probably win many trophies for his diving if he ever wanted to enter any swimming and diving competitions. He is so at home in the water, and his sleep physique seems to be extra perfect for water sports.

As I watched Davy take a few practiceleaps at the end of the board and then leap skyward with all the grace of a swan, aarching down to the water with hardly a splash, I coyuldn't help but marvel at how fortunate Davy is. Every girl who loves him knows that God gave him a beautiful face and a perfectly propotioned body to go with. It is typical of Davy that he has everything to be conceited about, and yet isn't that way at all.

But as I sat watching him, I began to think of every part of Davy, and I realized that if each one could only speak, it all would have a story to tell about Davy

SMALL FEET

Davy's feet are very small. He wears a size 7 shoe and think of the places those feet have carried him. They have walked the cobblestone streets of Manchester, England, as a little boy going to school. I'll bet the girls in his class really liked him then. They held him safely in the stirrups of galloping race horses when he was a jockey, and they danced him to fame on Broadway as he played the part of the artful dodger in "Oliver." And how many times they have had to help him run away from crowds of screaming girls since he has been a Monkees? Davy's calbed are solidly muscled and well formed. They are strong, yet slim and beauitiful to look at, but manly, too. They are responsible for the light cat-like way he walks without even thinking about it.

Davy's knees are full of surprises. They seem to smile as does Davy always. Of course, few people know this but Davy is very religious and his knees touched the floors of many the most beautiful churches in England and America. HE would never admit this but his knees are very strong, no matter how long he takes to say his prayers. And, of course, there is one more thing about Davy's knees that every girl who truly loves him has thought about. The moment Davy will kneel before and ask her to be his forever and ever. How very lucky that girl will be. Davy's thigh musckles are big for a boy his size, that is because he is such a fabulous athlete. He used his thigh muscles a lot when he aws a jockey and especially when he used to run so much playing soccer, and it's because Davy's thighs are so slim and trim in addition to being strong and hard that he looks so good in his clothes, especially low cut bellbottom pants. Davy's waist is very slim and small. There is not an ounce of fat on his waist, which tells a lot about his personal character. Because Davy is so healthy, he likes to eat and he likes every kind of food you can imagine, but he just won't let himself stuff. This wonderful self discipline extends to every part of Davy's character, and that is why Davy Jones will never let himself get loose and slppy. The girl who marries him will always be proud of her husband's fabulous phhysique, and she will be even happier because Davy's tuffness with himself will make his wonderful character grow and grow over the years.

GREAT CHEST

Davy's groovy chest is one of the most exciting things about him. Though Davy is not a tall boy, his chest is very large and strong for someone his size. One of the reasons for this is his constint working out with weights. Davy lifts weights a lot and this makes his chest so strong that when you are next to hiim, and he has his shirt off, you feel so protected and yet kind of a little scared too, both at the same time.

There is something beautiful about Davy's chest that make you want to keep snaking a glance at it every so often, and when you do, all you can say to yourself is "What a man"! And you know that as long as you are wtih Davy, he will never let anyone hurt you. Davy's shhoulders are like the frame of a picture. They provide a strong manly setting for the thing that is most beautiful about him, his unbelievable face. His hair crowns his forehead witha softness you just want to reach out and touch. His jaw is clear cut and his smile will make you instantly happy no matter how blue your mood may be. And his spirit shines from his lovely brown eyes so bright and sparkly! When you see him look at you, you can feel the power of his persnoality seeming to say to you,"I am going to make you the happiest girl on earth."

All these things combined together to make up one of the mose wonderful persons anyone will ever know. Yes I realize I haven't mentioned his lips. That is because I can't without crying.
