Pullman

Even by 1988 someone had turned this lot between Pullman and Moscow to a cement store next to a lighting fixture store in the middle of nowhere. Instead of building the store on adjacent wheat fields, the developers mercifully cleared away the old theater.

Update: Movie Sam says this site is actually the Varsity Theater. The theater named Pullman is near the City Playfield in the center of town. My guess is that it is near this location, south of the park. If it is this close to Washtington State University, then chances are it might have been pictured in campus photos in the year books of the time.
