A new image is available every few seconds, and the camera rotates 360 degrees, so I can't necessarily describe what it's shooting at. This camera is stationed on top of the Rehoboth Thrasher's. The outlets, incidentally, are about 2 miles away on the highway.
Bethany Beach boardwalk, Delaware.
Here's the boardwalk. Not nearly as commercial as Ocean City or Rehoboth, very mellow.
