Fools Paradise

*****/*****(5 out of 5)
"Fools" just really explains how breaking up sucks. And it does it with a 5 star rating! The poetic work in this song is truely inspiring. The person she is telling about is EXACTLY like this girl I know named Ashley. She really is a self-obsessed player. It used to be whenever I saw her, it made my heart break. But after listening to "Fools Paradise", I toke little mental notes that others have been through this, and survived. So now I can safely say "I don't wanna hear her name, I don't wanna feel her pain, And I don't have to play her game, I'm stronger now and things have changed. I'm no longer in Fools, Fools Paradise." Great song.

UK Import Single:

1. Fools Paradise(Radio Edit)
2.Fools Paradise(Tevendale's Tunnel Mix)
3.Fools Paradise(Donnapella)

Let me go into some extra info on the incredible song. The radio edit of "Fools Paradise" is such a wonderful remix. It isn't as full of bass as the album version. It fixes on a more acoustic backings, with Donna's vocals melting more into the song. This is a definite tie with the original. The remixes of "Fools Paradise" are haunting, and very cool. The feature more harmonies with Donna's voice, and Donna speaks very eerily during her singing lines when she sings "I don't hear your name, I don't wanna feel your pain." If you can get your hands on a copy of this, do!
"Fools Paradise" was released as a single in the UK. It isn't for sale in the U.S. cd online stores, but I'd try CDZone in the UK.
