It's taken years for me to track down THE THING. I've been wanting to do something on the film forever, but in the last few months it all fell together. It started with Universal's release of their awesome Signature Edition on laser disc and DVD, finding other folks who loved the film, like Film Critic Anne Billson and when my interview with Kurt Russell was granted last week, well that cemented it. I knew I had to do something on what's tied for my all time favorite film (ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK) and here it is. Enjoy it.
