Browser Skins

What are browser skins?

The Hotbar enables the installation of colored backgrounds (Skins) to the Explorer toolbar, and takes only 30 seconds to get.

As of that moment, skins can be promptly and easily downloaded (about 40K per skin). You clicks once and the Explorer browser transforms into a spectacular and user friendly instrument.

How Skins work:

  1. Go to Hotbar.com and download a very simple very small program so that you can use skins with your Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the skin you wish to download
  3. A window will come up asking if you wish to open it, or save it. Select Save to disk. Be sure to select the path below:
    C:\Program Files\Hotbar\
  4. Open your browser.
  5. There should be an additional bar on your Internet Explorer (just under your address bar). Click the Hotbar sun and select My Private Collection. This will open a page that shows all of the skins located in your Hotbar director on your computer's hard drive.
  6. From here, just click the skin you want on your browser and it will load. Pretty nifty!
