It was all spectacular the first 5 minutes but then dies out throught out the whole movie. The Dialogue and Acting was poorly done. The story was so drawn out and predictable. Its a rip off of Matrix and will never stand up against the Matix. |

But for anyone that likes martial arts, as do I, it's a great movie to see. YOu shouldn't go to the movie with this high expectation that it's the next matrix. Review of Jet Li's The One on DVD
The One isn't the most original movie, but the action and the effects provide some great eye candy and definitely make it worth a rent. The video, audio, and extras on this disc make it a very good DVD even though the movie is only slightly above average. Overall Score: 7 out of 10 - Jeremy Conrad (The One DVD is coming out March 2nd in US)
