American Nightmare is an upcoming thriller from the newly-formed Highland Myst Productions, written and directed by Jon Keeyes, and starring B-Movie Diva Debbie Rochon.

It was my rare privilege to work a few days on American Nightmare in September, as my lovely wife, Amy Lynn Best (of The Resurrection Game fame), and I ventured to the far-off land of Texas to lend a hand as grips, extras wranglers, craft services, and all-around P.A. types.

Now, those who know us, know that Jon and Debbie are good friends of ours. Despite that, I must say that American Nightmare is going to be a very impressive - and hopefully, very successful - movie. An homage to both Halloween and Hitchcock, American Nightmare actually manages to be stylish, engrossing and - miracle of miracles - scary! I would say this even if Jon and Debbie were complete strangers, or frequently came over to my home to murder my pets. This is going to be a good movie.

Check out the American Nightmare Gallery, which is filled with pictures taken by Amy and me on the set.

And be sure to check out The Official American Nightmare Website~ Which is chock-full of American Nightmare goodness.

Also, the interested would probably really dig the interviews up at Kingdom of Exile.
