Antelope Squadron: Commodore Xantho

Outpost 721
Lt(jg) Vernshae Meriam has resigned her position on Starfleet and has
left
COCOON 1 (the player has left too). Meanwhile, WITCH OF ENDOR's crew has
started to take training on C1's holodecks, preparing themsleves for the
current mission. Meanwhile traffic from the outpost to DS101 has been
resumed
and COL Bradley's guest has just abandoned the station to take up on her
business there. A new DS101 senior staff member is also in transit.

USS ATHENE
Upon arriving at SB Omega, the Athene was assigned as the lead ship in
an
investigation of an asteroid which was headed towards the Star Base. In
a
oint mission with Omega, the USS Katana, and the USS Durham it has been
discovered that the asteroid is actually some sort of alien space craft.
An
away team has managed to gain access to the "Enigma" as it's being
called.
Shortly after, however, the Enigma reversed it's course and began
warping
away from the Star Base. The Athene is in pursuit.

USS CLARK
While en-route to research station KAPPA-9, the Clark encountered and
easily destroyed a Klingon Negh'var class battlecruiser. Captain Johas
has ordered an extensive examination of the debris before the Clark
resumes her course.
A new FCO was brought aboard. Ensign Alexander Ren was shown to his
quarters and began to settle in. At the same time, LtCmdr Kalen-7, the
OPS/20, was recalled to Starbase Omega.
When the Clark got close enough to the wreckage, scans revealed that the
Negh'var battlecrusier was carrying the experimental Quantum Phaser.
Captain Johas ordered the debris destroyed, thus eliminating any
evidence of the experimental weapon. Then the Clark returned to the
secret UTOPIA location.
Upon her return, the CLARKs command crew were all transferred to new
assignments. The Clark will be transferred out of the Cocoon Fleet.

Beaver Squadron: Commodore Wolf

SB OMEGA

USS HORIZON
After a brief fight on the planet in the Ullar system
the Horizon's Away team returned to the ship. However
not without casualties, as MacKenzie had been stabbed
with a rapier and it was later discovered that it was
poisoned. MacKenzie is currently in a coma awaiting
transfer to SB Omega.
In reply to MacKenzie going into a coma Admiral
Saishan was quick to assign a new CSO to the ship.
Ens. T'Orell arrived shortly thereafter.
The Horzon then went into the Veil that they were
supposed to investigate. They found that the ship was
only capable of Warp 3, one of the unknown properties
of the Veil.
While exploring the Horizon discovered one of the
Juggernaut ships that was supposed to guard the Veil.
This one was inactive so an away team consisting of
Lt.(jg) Brakos and Doc Comstock beamed over to
investigate. They discovered that the crew of the
ship consisted entirely of Robots that resembled
ancient Earth cybernetics.
Lt. Kaitlyn Page beamed over to the Juggernaut to
help explore it. She found what appeared to be the
bridge of the ship and a computer terminal. She
discovered that she could not access it so she turned
her attention to the big robot that was standing
behind her. After a brief inspection she discovered a
rod on its forearm that looked as if it might fit the
computer terminal. She inserted it and the ship
sprang to life. Page proceeded to download the
computer core into her tricorder.
Brakos and Comstock were surprised by the ship when
the lights came on. However moments later they
noticed power loss in their communications, lights,
and environment suits. They immediately requested
beam out.
This all happened while T'Orell was reporting to
Commander Garn, and their conversation was cut short.
The beam out was successful after some trying, and
Brakos and Comstock were returned to safety. Lt.
Tergin panicked when he realised that Lt. Page was
still onboard the Juggernaut, he let his true
feelings about her be known. Shortly thereafter she
was aboard and he could relax.
Shortly thereafter the Juggernaut began tracking on
the Horizon and initiated combat. In an attempt to
escape the energy resonance frequency of the Horizon
was set to that of the Juggernaut ship. This got the
ship to stop firing, but in turn it began to bring
the ship into its hull for repairs.
In a desperate attempt to escape this the Horizon
fired with all weapons at the source of the tractor
beam and escaped. They made some distance between the
two ships and were able to lick their wounds.
In the meantime an idea on how to destroy the
Juggernaut ship was proposed. It involved using a
probe modified to emit the resonance frequency of the
Juggernaut, and a large Tri-Cobalt bomb.
While a map of the veil was discovered Caleb Wills
had some time to himself and began his meditations.
During one of his probes he discovered a sentience
onboard the ship that he had previously not seen. He
informed Commander Garn of this. Garn decided to
return to the Juggernaut to investigate this.

USS XERXES
The Xerxes is about 4 hours from the Latnem system, and has dropped out
of warp. She is running under a constant yellow alert. Her marine
compliment is still training for possible rescue operations. Commander
Davis has been recalled to his home world by Starfleet to act as a
diplomatic liaison, which will leave the Xerxes without an XO for the
time being. Someone aboard the ship has played a practical joke on
Ensign Cat, that caused the Captain to become very angry.

USS LOKI
The USS LOKI is continuing on course to the Bretema star system to
conduct
scientific investigations of a star collision involving two of the four
stars in the system.
The ship's CMO, Ens. Stevens, has begun her 'physicals' of the crew with
earnest. CNS Quinn's remarkable physiology has peaked Steven's research
interest, and with some trepidation Quinn agreed to the 'research',
while
simultaneously offering pre-marriage advice to Stevens and Lt. Doyle.
The LOKI's FO, Cmdr. Loquoren has resigned, returning to the folds of
SFSEC most likely. Following a brief confrontation with Galen,
concerning
his diffident attitude towards the crew, most probably as a result of
the
proceedings of the court martial, Loquoren left his SAGAN crewmates for
perhaps the last and final time.
Loquoren was replaced by a Cmdr. Johas Tosen, a male Bajoran.

Condor Squadron: Commodore ?????

USS ROANOKE
After a fierce battle with Klingon Bird's of Prey, and a Negh'var battle
cruiser, on the edge of the Cocoon, the Roanoke escaped with heavy
damage.
However, their CO, Commodore Datun Yanten was kidnapped by the Klingons
during the course of the battle. The Roanoke conducted repairs, and
under
the command of the XO, Cmdr Owen McMahon, set off to retrieve their CO,
and
stop the Klingons. Enroute they recieved a distress call from the USS
Saber,
on investigation, a trap was sprung with a Verteron Torpedo disabling
the
Roanoke. Klingon troops beamed aboard, and the crew are now preparing to
defend their ship.

DS 101
The virus that was on DS 101 was brought under control
through the combined effort of DS 101's CMO and Ops officer,
with some help from second shift science officer Barak. Dr.
Dionysus found that the virus had been engineered by a
Klingon and the search began for the one responsible. Lt.
Bel located a probably suspect just before the end of the
lockdown.
Capt Alyza had another run-in with the Bajoran Vedek, but
made it clear to him that she had duties to perform. After
the Vedek left, Taavek, who had just been released from the
brig, filled Capt Alyza's mind with images of what was going
on in the murder investigation with a single touch. He did
this to show her that he did indeed trust her.
Cmdr Hogan detected a phaser being fired in one of the cargo
bays and put the person under arrest. It turned out to be
Rissa's former owner, who was in cahoots with former Admiral
Nixxa in the murder of T'Lex.
Once the murderer was found, the lockdown ended and the
Heracles could begin both shore leave, and patching things
up with the Hetgarot for the prior beaming in of the Dergrad
ambasidorial staff into the Shagrira's own bathroom.
A trader in antique weapons arrived on the station and the
CEO went to aid in accessing the old CURIE's computer core.

Intelligence Report for Cocoon Fleet - Commander Tulok
The DS 101 area(the Amgine Sector) is currently stable. How long this
will last is unknown at this time.
Na-Chem activity has greatly reduced recently and a ceasefire seems
close.
How the Juun will react to such a situation is currently unknown.
Klingon Situation Report for Starfleet - Commander Inhoff:
Communications stations linking The Cocoon with the Federation have been
systematically attacked by Klingon forces - currently 3 have been
destroyed.
Reports and communications to the Federation are suffering from delays
and civilian traffic is being limited.
Inhabitants of planets boardering the Klingon Occupied Zone are advised
to evacuate and proceed to DS 12 for relocation. Starfleet will provide
transportation for those who wish to evacuate.
A group of thirty Federation Ambassadors, trapped in the Federation
embassy on the boarder world of Tok'atch have been evacuated
safely by the USS TIAN AN MEN.
The USS KATANA has discovered that a group of Klingon vessels have been
responsible for the recent raids on Federation Starfleet and Civilian
vessels - whether the force act independently of the Klingon Empire
or as part of it is currently unknown.
