USS ATHENE
As the prisoners of the Planet mind walk through hell the Athene's CO
descends to the planet to meet up with a former CO. Meanwhile, on the
Athene a power struggle erupts on the bridge as the CSciO disrupts the
planet's neural functions momentarily freeing the trapped crewmen.
As the CsciO and aCMO argue the planet fires at the exposed Athene. On
the planet the away team scramble into the CO's shuttle in an attempt
to
escape the planet. As they return to the Athene they too are fired
upon
by the planet causing the shuttle to crash on landing in the
shuttlebay.

Beaver Squadron: Commodore Lowen Punn

USS HORIZON
Dr. Kieran continues to attempt to revive Lt. Cmdr. Tergin and slows
his patient's deterioration by using a deep freeze procedure. A
saboteur
aboard the ship continues to reek havoc and is finally captured by
security.
Those on Stalus III find no suspected Romulain resistance. Instead
they find dead Nachem and vats of biological weapons that are set to
overload and be released upon those of the planet. The teams now
within the
complex search for some way to stop the overload and as communications
restored to the HORIZON a decontaminate is found and used.
P'Ghal cooperates fully and gives those of the HORIZON the codes for
the Warbird Tar, and the Warbird is soon shut down to become dead in
space.
The possible inert biological weapons are transported aboard the Tar.
The injured on the surface are taken via shuttle back to the HORIZON
as those all right on the surface prepare to continue their primary
mission.

USS KATANA
The KATANA remains docked at the Gaia Fleetyards. The crew is still
enjoying some shore leave at the party sponsored by Krwn. Lt.
Te'Paul was shown to his engineering duties, and introduced to his
staff by LtCmdr Tokath. Captain Ra'Aella's mysteriously awoke from
her coma, and was removed from stasis in sickbay. Dr. Bra'an is
currently giving her a medical exam.

USS GRYPHON
The USS GRYPHON continues to orbit M'Sagro III.
The Starfleet Officers seeking to find and rescue Velez and his
enterage
have found him. The two groups are now fighting off a large number of
Nightstalkers.

DS 101
A firefight breaks out down on level 51 causing the deaths of a couple
of starfleet personel, including CMO Christine Stevens who was shot in
the back whilst valiantly attempting to save anothers life. Karen
Harper
attempts to lead her team out of the area but are halted by a
challenge
from unknown assailants.
On the Dergrad homeworld:
The HIKARU is sent the co-ordinates via a morse code message hidden as
a
fluctuation of a Dergrad shield, the Ambassador and his staff are
beamed
out. Hogan and Doyle are left to head toward the starport to escape,
wondering if Tink will prove to be a help, or a hinderance.

USS CURIE
The away team has returned to the CURIE, and has seen
the Ice Planet's polar cap melt, killing approximately
20% of the planet's population. Bitzalel has put
Kelen, although still in sickbay, under arrest on the
charge of violating the prime directive. Much
speculation is running through the ranks as to Kelen's
guilt or innocence.

Cocoon Fleet Situation Intelligence Report:

A ceasefire exists between the Federation and the Na'Chem. The
Juun have made no official comment.
Officials sacked from the Juun government following the exposure
of genecide commited against the Na'Chem by the Juun are displaying
signs of dissension following Federation aid of Na'Chem colonies.
A small number of Na'Chem factions are refusing to acknowledge the
ceasefire. Calling themselves the Na'stiu, they continue raids
against the Juun. The Juun are increasing pressure for Starfleet
to respond to this threat with force.
Amgine Sector Report:

Deep Space 101 is currently rebuilding following the discovery
that the station itself was a living creature, known as 'The Keeper'.
Following a battle with the Nebula Dwellers The Keeper has begun
hibernation for the lifespan of the Vulcan it absorbed.
The Federation Embassy on the Dergrad homeworld, Soc'Nu, reported
that it was under attack by Dergrad rebels before communications were
cut off. A ship has been dispatched to investigate.
M'Sagro III is quarantined following the outbreak of a virus that is
slowly killing the human population. A ship has been dispatched to
combat the virus.
Beyond the Portal:

The Cardassian Union has recovered the majority of the planets
occupied
by the Klingons 40 years ago. Their fleet continues to advance to
those
planets yet to fall. The Klingon defense is limited - with the
majority
of the occupied zone Klingon fleet destroyed during 'The Battle for
the
Cocoon'.
The Klingon Empire has established a Ceasefire with the Federation
following the exposure of a conspiracy between the Klingon Houses in
the
former Occupied zone and the Cardassian Union.
Further negotiations between the Federation and the Klingon Empire are
expected to proceed shortly on the historical planet 'Khitomer'.
Federation fleets are regrouping and rebuilding following the recent
war.
The wormhole at DS 12 has yet to stabilise sufficiently for traffic to
resume to the Gamma Quadrant.
