USS ATHENE
As the Athene heads back to SB Omega the crew of the Athene celebrate
the arrival of the new year. After hunting down the aFO, who was
skulking on the holodeck, the crew assemble in the bar as the CO
announces the promotions.
Lt(jg)'s Av'ern, Clarke, Sands, Uchwi and Hale are promoted to full
Lieutenant. Lt(jg) and aFO Kuvak is promoted to Lt. Com and the
previously court martialled Ens. Fitzpatrick is reinstated as a
lieutenant and promoted to Lt. Com.

USS SOJOURNER-TRUTH
The ship remains in spacedock at the Gaia shipyards awaiting final
completion. The SOUJOURNER-TRUTH is also currently awaiting staff.
The USS LOS ANGELES with Cmdr. Wolfgang and Lt. Cmdr Nauths, CO
and XO respectfully of the SOJOURER-TRUTH, make a breif contact with
possibly more advanced race then the Federation. No contact is recived
from
the three ships the L.A. intercepts, so they by pass the ships, still
of
unknown configuation due to a unknown feild about them, and make for
the
cluster of stars. The ship passes through a 'ribbion' and end up going
to
warp reaching the intended cluster of stars.
Back on the SOJOURNER-TRUTH the CSciO meets one of his higher ranked
staff and begins settles in. Lt(jg) Isis continues her investigation
into
the THREIN and its transdimensional drive.

USS HORIZON
The HORIZON is still at SB OMEGA undergoing repairs, many of
the crew are on leave. Many of the senior staff and a few others make
preperations to go to the 'Mystery Bar' on the Star Base.
Lt. Hamelin discovers all logs, files and formulas pertaining to the
THREIN have disappeared. Even Lt(jg) Malaar remembers nothing of what
the
Custodians imparted to him.

DS 101
The HIKARU's fate looks sealed as yet another Dergrad warship arrives,
but it is rapidly destroyed as the arrival of USS Shadow tips the
balance. However the HIKARU is caught in the blast and is disabled.
Most
of the crew evacuates to the planet below leaving the command crew to
be
beamed out at the last moment before burning up on entering the
atmosphere. The last Dergrad warship decides that discretion is the
better part of valour and retreats.
Can the stranded crew be rescued before M'Sagro IV's high radiation
levels and hostile environment cause too many more deaths?
Meanwhile on DS101 Crawford, the prosecution in Q's trial, confides
his
'plan of attack' to his 'companion'. He may know law but has much to
learn about women as Neladia heads straight for Ambassador Grayson's
office after she leaves him! With the Orb of time due to arrive later
that day, The CO has much on her mind!

USS CURIE
CURIE sitrep 11.0103
The CURIE crew has been attempting to beam Niki back after
the events of the trial. However, after Jonto failed to report, the
alien ship fired on the CURIE, then fled at high warp. Due to
damage, the CURIE could not match speed, but Niki is trying
to find a way to even the odds.
While Kelen works to get maximum speed from the ship, he
and Kalayah have a heated discussion about events on the
planet, ending with them trading insults and making a dinner
date.

The IBUTHO is currently awaiting staff and undergoing minor repairs.

USS KRIEGER
The mission itself comes to an end. The buoys are in place and seem
to form a large net of the particles the KRIEGER discovered within the
system.
The KRIEGER heads for home. The staff begins to relax from the
intrigue of the mission as a whole. Lt(jg) Suven recovers and returns
to
duty after talking to the CO. A holodeck project within the KRIEGER's
brig
space is looked into, as a Samurai-class does not have such facilities
due
to its small nature..

Cocoon Fleet Situation Intelligence Report:

A ceasefire exists between the Federation and the Na'Chem. The Juun
have
made no official comment. Several Officials sacked from the Juun
government following the exposure of genocide committed against the
Na'Chem by the Juun have attempted to lure the Federation into a war
with
the Na'Chem. A ship has dealt with the situation and Starfleet
Intelligence is looking further into it.
A small number of Na'Chem factions are refusing to acknowledge the
ceasefire. Calling themselves the Na'stiu, they continue raids
against
the Juun. The Juun are increasing pressure for Starfleet to respond
to
this threat with force, although after the recent actions of the Juun
Officials, Starfleet Command will still need to consider it.
An area of space being dubbed the ‘Bermuda Triangle' has left Several
Starfleet vessels missing. A ship has been sent to investigate.
Amgine Sector Report:

Deep Space 101 is currently rebuilding following the discovery that
the
station itself was a living creature, known as 'The Keeper'. Following
a
battle with the Nebula Dwellers The Keeper has begun hibernation for
the
lifespan of the Vulcan it absorbed.
The situation on the Federation Embassy on the Dergrad homeworld,
Soc'Nu,
has been dealt with in all haste and things are slowly settling down.
A cure of the virus on M'Sagro III has been found.
Beyond the Portal:

The Cardassian Union has recovered the majority of the planets
occupied
by the Klingons 40 years ago. Their fleet continues to advance to
those
planets yet to fall. The Klingon defense is limited - with the
majority
of the occupied zone Klingon fleet destroyed during 'The Battle for
the Cocoon'.
The Klingon Empire has established a Ceasefire with the Federation
following the exposure of a conspiracy between the Klingon Houses in
the
former Occupied zone and the Cardassian Union.
Peace Negotiations are proceeding slowly on Khitomer.
Federation fleets are regrouping and rebuilding following the recent
war.
The wormhole at DS 12 has yet to stabilise sufficiently for traffic to
resume to the Gamma Quadrant.
