USS ATHENE
The USS SAGAN carrying what remains of the Athene's crew has stopped
off at DS101. Captain Savage has issued general orders for shore
leave,
a well needed rest considering the morale of both the Athene and Sagan
crews.
The general feeling is a need for healing, as the counsellor confronts
Kuvak he himself is seeking counselling on DS101. Simms is also in
therapy, physical therapy with the exotic CPO2 Noia Noia who hopes to
help him learn how to use his spine again.

USS HORIZON
After gaining access to the chamber where Linus' temporal tranconducer
is kept Hamelin neurally interfaces with the machine in an attempt to
turn it off or somehow controll it. Inside the virtual world he
encounters two alternate versions of himself and a computer version of
Linus who informshim that in order to controll space time one voice
must
do the perceiving. After a struggle, Hamelin exits the machine a
changed
man, he has become a full vulcan but holds the katra of his former
self
in a large emmerald.
As the cloak is dropped around the city, the crews of the various
Horizons work together to try and house the inhabitants of the crashed
Horizons and prepare the Horizon native to this universe for
timetravel
as Linus' actions in the past are causing the universe to fall into
nothingness.
Jarek Malaar's double has stayed behind to work the interface while
captains Garn and Tergin have stayed with Captain Kieren in an attempt
to save that universe's humanity from a terrible plague. At the moment
the Horizons are trying to open a bridge through time large enough for
the Tryfan class starship, all know that if they fail to stop Linus
this
universe will no longer exist. if they succede then Captain Garn along
with the other Horizons will not be here when they get back.

The away team has reached the pyramids, but remains in a mysterious
communications blackout. Tanez, a Bajoran archaeologist they have
encountered, has brought her six year old son to the planet, who turns
out to be fathered by Dr. Netaal.
Back on the ship, the CO, Marshall, along with a security team, is
investigating an intruder alert in the Engineering section. The
Engineering section, when they get there, appears empty.

Cocoon Fleet Situation Intelligence Report:

A ceasefire exists between the Federation and the Na'Chem. The Juun
have
made no official comment. Several Officials sacked from the Juun
government following the exposure of genocide committed against the
Na'Chem by the Juun have attempted to lure the Federation into a war
with
the Na'Chem. Starfleet is investigating these allegations of Genocide
against the Na'Chem heavily which may threaten the Juun's position in
the
Federation. Starfleet Intelligence Officers are on the scene and
investigating the reports of Romulan influence in the matter.
A small number of Na'Chem factions are refusing to acknowledge the
ceasefire. Calling themselves the Na'stiu, they continue raids
against
the Juun.
An area of space being dubbed the ‘Bermuda Triangle' has left Several
Starfleet vessels missing. A ship has been sent to investigate.
Amgine Sector Report:

Deep Space 101 has returned to it's previous location. The exact
circumstances of it's disappearance have been divulged to Cocoon Fleet
Headquarters.
Outpost 108's construction proceeds on schedule, it's support vessel
however has left on a joint mission with the Klingon vessel "Kahless'
Blood".
The USS CURIE has returned from the far end of the Cocoon.
A new HAWKING class ship has arrived to replace the aging FEYNMAN.
Beyond the Portal:

The Klingon Empire has established a Ceasefire with the Federation
following the exposure of a conspiracy between the Klingon Houses in
the
former Occupied zone and the Cardassian Union.
Peace Negotiations are proceeding slowly on Khitomer, several of the
Federation's top ambassadors have been sent and recent reports say
that
the Negotiations are nearing an end.
Fleet yards across the Federation are putting in extra effort to bring
the fleets numbers back up to what they were before the war. What
Starfleet lacks now is the personnel to staff those ships. Federation
fleets are regrouping and rebuilding following the recent war. The
eighth fleet, sixth and third fleets are the only fleets so far to
regain
their numbers to what they were before the war.
The wormhole at DS 12 has finally sufficiently stabilized for traffic
to
resume to the Gamma Quadrant.
