USS ARTEMIS
Playing a game of cat and mouse the shuttle Reigert enters the
atmosphere of the planet and cuts power, utilizing the atmosphere and
the lost energy trail to mask thier descent. Plumetting toward the surface
power is restored just in time to avoid a crash and safely land the vessel.
Once landed the away team prepares to make their assult and begin applying
the ansamorphic solution on the vegetable fiber based suits. Meanwhile
aboard the saphausion warship which was tailing the Reigert a general state of
alarm occurs as they rush to inform their ground units of the impending
assult.
Abaord the Artemis the crew watches the progress of the shuttle and
the warship. Some concern is noted as the shuttles engines are stopped and
it begins to plummet. The sickbay is notified of just in case the the
Riegert actually crashes. The CO also begins to wonder how the saphausions had
been able to detect the shuttle in the first place.
Once on the surface and approaching the camp. The OPS officer
Jessical Mclure begins to scan the target area and picks up some additional
readings but is unable to pin-point the exact reading or location.
Once the away team gets close enough to the enemy camp, the XO uses
his weapon to sight in the opposition backed up with a additional scans from
the OPS officer. Who detects four individuals. The XO then issues the
command to split the team and begin the assult. It is discovered that three
prisoners are kept in a cave with two being seriously injured. The XO, Foster Ryan
then tells the second team to pull back and if they do not here form
Ryan's team in and hour and a half they are to pull out and get back to the
Artemis.
Taking down the guards the away team makes it to the camp and
searches for a way to infiltrate the Ikata hulk. Spoting a breech they make their
way to it an carefully slip inside the hulk and proceed to find the captured
crew of the Artemis. Locating five crewmen they make ready their escape.
Reviewing their situation the away team inside of the Ikata hulk
plant explosives as a diversion and locate a another breech 50 meters to the
rear of the downed ship. Racing to escape they team makes it outside just as
the saphausions try to flush the team out. Hearing the saphausions the team
detonates the explosives and makes a run for it.
Racing to the Reigert the away team boards the ship and begins to
take off. Tactical scans indicate the warship is attempting to bear down on
the shuttle as they race toward the Artemis which lay just beyond the
saphausion warship, who is now firing on the Riegert.
Aboard the Artemis, Commander Simons is welcoming the new SEC/TAC
officer just as a comm from the shuttle arrives. The Artemis is brought
to red alert and begins evasive manuevers as she tries to retrieve the
shuttle.
In a somewhat debilitating attack the saphausions instead divert
their attention to the Artemis and use a concentrated disruptor blast and a
powerful transporter beam to disable the Artemis's sensors by stealing
the primary Advanced Sub-space Sensors Platform (ASSP) unit.
In all the confusion yet another crew member makes it aboard the
Artemis :) and the CO deiceds to play chicken with the saphuasions and ram one
of the engine support nacelles of the enemy vessel.
Arriving aboard the Artemis, the XO briefly meets the new CEO as he
issues orders to get the former prisoners to the sickbay. Arriving on
the bridge the XO informs Commander Simons that the saphuasions knew the
away team was coming.
Meanwhile the Saphuasions launch their attack in an attempt to
cripple the Artemis and take her prisoner and in the process, deliberately doom
several of their soilders as they fire on the Artemis and hit several of
thier own hapless boarding pods.
Back on the Artemis, the XO and the SEC/TAC officer race to the
transporter room in a desperate attempt to capture regent Kamat. Beaming
over they storm the bridge and grab the regent, abducting the regent
they just as quickly escape back to the Artemis where it is discovered that
the regent aboard the Artemis is an imposter and that the saphuasion
listening devices are airborne nanoprobes. It is decided to utilize an inverted
low-level phaser sweep to clear the ship. Unfortunately it will leave
most to the crew unable to responded temporarily. The plan is enacted and due
to the SEC/TAC's hirogen physiology, he is able to shrugg off the
debilitating effects.
After the blast several systems fail and an intruder alert is
sounded in the shuttle bay. Sovar races to the shuttle bay to deal with the
intruders and just as he arrives he is beamed away.
Fortunately one other member of the crew was able to recover
quickly. Agah down in sickbay had been able to prepare for the shock. Coming to
she immediately called to the bridge....
USS SAGAN

Beaver Squadron: Commodore Antonio Vasquez
USS HORIZON
The HORIZON arrives back at OMEGA. They are assigned a new mission, and
a briefing is held to discuss key points.
Ens. Layne and Arkanis are both promoted to Lt. , and Lt.
Bordaq is promoted to full Lt. The old FO, Lt. Suven, leaves the HORIZON, and a
replacement is beamed aboard later on.
USS ATHENE
The ATHENE crew gathers for a mission briefing, and the handing out of
a few promotions. They are then contacted by the SAGAN with a proposal of
marriage (subsequently accepted).
The ship's captain heads for OMEGA, to see to the future life of his
son. He leaves without Galen, promising to return soon.
USS KATANA
The KATANA is docked at OMEGA awaiting disposition. The majority of the
crew has been transfered to the USS HERMES for a fresh start.

USS COCHRANE

DS 101
When the USS COCHRANE arrived at the Station Nash and his crew decided
they were going to bring the house down, partying. Whilst partying CNS
Chaela Kqrin introduced herself to her new CO. At the moment an explosion blew
throughout the Club 101. Hogan and majority of the people in the Club
were knocked unconscious by the blast. As he came around Hogan contacted
Alyza to find out what was going on, but she informed him that he knew as
much. Just after they were informed that Chaela was missing from the scene.
The COCHRANE felt the rumbles of the blast as well and started to organise
the repair teams and medical teams to help out the stretched teams on the
station.
Chaela was drowsy from the hypospray. She was somewhere in the lower
sections of the station and starting to remember things from her past
memories flashed past her.
Watanaui argued with Hogan that he was to lead the search team or stay
out of his way, typical of a good FO. Nash, JP Kelsi and Hogan started
searching down in the bowels of the station and came across a dead
vulcan, and just around the corner they found Chaela unconscious.
The two command teams of the station and the ship had a meeting and
found out from Hogan that the explosion was not of an accidental nature. The
name Ryan Trask came up, Nash contacted the USS AVATAR to allow the craft
with him on it back into the Cocoon. He'd helped Nash and the COCHRANE out
with the Dominion ships at the Portal when they went out on their last
mission.
The AVATAR was about to intercept Trask when Nash's call came through
and they pulled out from the chase, allowing him to go.
Back on the COCHRANE, whilst Zack and his security teams are looking for
the assassin, Chaela starts to come around and it turns out that she can't
remember that she is a joined Trill and where she was. Dr. Biaret is
trying her hardest......

Cocoon Fleet Situation Intelligence Report:

A ceasefire exists between the Federation and the Na'Chem. The Juun
have made no official comment. Several oficials sacked from the Juun
government following the exposure of genocide committed against the Na'Chem by the
Juun have attempted to lure the Federation into a war with the Na'Chem.
Starfleet is investigating these allegations of Genocide against the
Na'Chem heavily which may threaten the Juun's position in the Federation.
Starfleet Intelligence Officers are on the scene and investigating the reports of
Romulan influence in the matter.
A small number of Na'Chem factions are refusing to acknowledge the
ceasefire. Calling themselves the Na'stiu, they continue raids against
the Juun.
An area of space being dubbed the 'Bermuda Triangle' has left Several
Starfleet vessels missing. A ship has been sent to investigate.
Amgine Sector Report:

Deep Space 101 has returned to it's previous location. The exact
circumstances of it's disappearance have been divulged to Cocoon Fleet
Headquarters.
On the outer sector of Outpost 108's scanners a brand new, what seems
to be wormhole has been discovered. From initial reports the wormhole leads
to the Andromeda Galaxy, the closest galaxy to our own.
The USS CURIE has returned from the far end of the Cocoon. A new HAWKING
class ship has arrived to replace the aging FEYNMAN.
Beyond the Portal:

The Klingon Empire has established a Ceasefire with the Federation
following the exposure of a conspiracy between the Klingon Houses in the former
Occupied zone and the Cardassian Union. Peace Negotiations are
proceeding slowly on Khitomer, several of the Federation's top ambassadors have
been sent and recent reports say that the Negotiations are nearing an end.
Fleet yards across the Federation are putting in extra effort to bring
the fleets numbers back up to what they were before the war. What Starfleet
lacks now is the personnel to staff those ships. Federation fleets are
regrouping and rebuilding following the recent war. The eighth fleet,
sixth and third fleets are the only fleets so far to regain their numbers to
what they were before the war.
The wormhole at DS 12 has finally sufficiently stabilized for traffic to
resume to the Gamma Quadrant.
