The meeting right after their return to the ship having been a brief one,
Klingon OPS Mara Thull goes straight to her quarters to wash the dust,
sweat, and fatigue of the mission down the drain. More honorably
presentable, she stops by her Human friend CSO Mercedes McCarter's quarters
to speak with the Security Chief. Mercedes has already had a long involved
conversation with a number of bottles of firewater and Mara is momentarily
repulsed by what she perceives as a weakness. She pries the slosh Mercedes
is working on from her Bloodsister's hand and asks what is upsetting her
so much that see would go looking through so many drinks for the answer
that she won't find in any of them.

surroundings, and learn that it has rained very recently. Before they can

them here forgot to remove their communicators, so the three groups can
at least stay in contact with each other.
