SITUATION REPORT

USS Fenris
The Fenris departed from SB OMEGA for the outside of the Cocoon,
carrying Commander Broll and the communication relay for the outside
through the portal. A three week voyage to the Cardassian border is
expected. Klingon Starfleet Captain Korath is aboard as mission specialist.
USS Athene
The USS ATHENE has now been fully repaired, and is nearing 100%
operational capability. Crew positions have been filled (excl. CNO), and
the crew has had the honour of receiving the Outstanding Unit Citation.
Now awaiting mission orders.
USS Heracles
Still en route to the Irimada Sector, the senior staff has just completed a
rigid battle simulation on the holodeck. Three new crew members have just
joined the Heracles, including Lt Arkanis (OPS), Ens Jastar (FCO), and
a new First Officer -- Lt. Devlin Seto. LtCmdr Davies' husband has also
come aboard the Heracles.
USS Regulator

USS Curie
The crew of the USS Curie is currently investigating an alien
shuttlecraft which appears to house an alien life force capable
of controling the human mind.
USS Horizon
Horizon, in the past due to a time distortion, has arrived at the planet
Jas and located the colonists beneath the surface. The turtle that was
orbiting the planet and causing radiation problems for the inhabitants of
the planet has been removed. CMO Joram is preparing to recieve sick and
injured colonists while the away teams prepare to depart and the rest of
the crew enjoys some relaxation time. Beta away team has entered the
caverns and contacted a group elder who views them with suspicion,
wondering what caused the radiation problems. Beta team explained the
situation and offered thier help. Alpha team arrives in a different aera
of the planet, still unsure as to the reaction of the colonists to Beta
team and initiates contact cautiously.
Outpost 721
Major McArthur has been left in command of the Outpost while Captain Link
commands the WITCH OF ENDOR to investigate strange subspace transmissions
emanating from a class I moon in the Sagan system. The crew believes that
the Na-Chem could be responsible for the transmissions which may suggest
a Na-Chem presence in the Irimada sector.
USS Phoenix
The Phoenix has determined that the communications satellite in the Dendara
system is still active, and is sending transmitions to the fifth planet.
Upon first inspection the system was devoid of planets, but it apears as
though the planets are in time flux with the crew's time line. The crew
propose to attach the holographic counselor to the satellite's signal. Then
with the aid of a transponder, a runabout will inatiate a short warp burst
whilst in the system to safely navigate the time flux to find the planet.
USS Katana
Ops officer reassigned. Mission orders received, but still awaiting crew.
Testing on various parts of the nearly finished ship continues.
Additional Intelligence Report
Unsettling military preparations at the border between Cardassian Union
and the Klingon Occupied Zone.
Transmissions in the Sagan system detected by a Class IX probe are suspected
to be possible Na-Chem related.
Sijan class transport carrying Marine equipment and weapons attacked en
route to Omirax IV on the edge of the Cardassian Trucial Zone.
Surveillance sensors were sabotaged prior to the attack, and as such, the
raiders are unknown.
