The Regulator is still on station at secret deep space location known
only as UTOPIA with the PERTH and ADELAIDE. The refit and repairs to
the Clark are nearly complete. The crew is continuing with their
individual special ops training.

USS CLARK
The Clark's new saucer section has been off loaded and is about to be
*linked* to the original stardrive section. Crew members aboard the
stardrive are dismantling their temporary quarters and preparing for the
trials that will take place when the repairs are complete.

USS LOKI
Lt. Telkor arrived on the EASTWOOD to the planet Hamas and
the LOKI. He was to be the new assistant OPs officer, but
due to the death of the newly promoted OPs officer Commander
McPherson at the hands of Klingon Starfleet officers seeking
to take over the LOKI for the Empire before Telkor's
arrival, he is now the OPS officer. Captain Spilling had
wisely changed the access codes to the LOKI and as he was
the only one who knew them, his appearant death by a
neuroparalizer used in Voodoo caused the Klingons to take a
shuttle and leave to join the Klingon's in fighting the
Federation.

USS HORIZON
The Horizon with the aid of the Fenris has successfully
defended itself against three presumed Juun vessels. A fourth vessel
escaped. Asa Garn has been rescued from the Debraxa III prison.
The HOrizon is on its way back to Omega with the physical evidence of
attempted genocide by the Juun on Debraxa III

USS KATANA
In the early investigation of the USS DECKER's disappearance, the USS
KATANA
detected 7 uncloaked Klingon Bird of Prey's, with 7 more cloaked at the
edge
of the ship's AUGUR Sensor Array. The uncloaked 7 gave Capt. O'Donnell
the
typical "Surrender or Die" ultimatum. Due to the heavy military
presence,
Capt. O'Donnell strongly believes that it was the Klingons who were
responsible for the disappearance of Federation, Bajoran and other
vessels
in the sector.
Prior to the end of the ultimatum, the crew of the KATANA prepared for
combat, knowing it to be imminent. Using the AUGUR array to knock out
the
BoPs sensors, and heavy fire from the phasers and torpedos, the KATANA
was
able to knock out several of the Klingon warships, but not before
primary
warp power was disabled. Engineering teams jury rigged the Runabout
Sacramento in a combination of tractor beams and tethers so as to use
the
runabout's warp drive to propel the KATANA in bursts of Warp speed.
At the same time Engineering were performing that task, Science and
Tactical
modified several long-range-warp torpedos to be sent as emergency
communication probes, directed towards the Portal in an attempt to
summon
help. Once both teams were ready, the plan was executed, a burst of
warp
speed attained, placing distance between the Klingons (who were caught
off
guard) and the KATANA. The torpedos were launched, but as of yet there
has
been no reply.
The Klingon BoP's were caught off guard, but pursuit is anticipated
since
the KATANA was only able to cover a relatively short warp jump.

USS SAGAN
The USS SAGAN has successfully destroyed the pursuing Jem'hadar
fighters.
The Jem'hadar battleship has begun a steady withdrawal, heading away
from
the SAGAN in an attempt to notify other Jem'hadar in the area of the
presence of the SAGAN. Three fighters remain to monitor the SAGAN's
activities.
Loquoren has returned to the SAGAN with Doyle and Huey (the SAGAN OPS/2O
and CEO). Unfortunately Doyle was critically injured, and whilst Doyle
was on the verge of death, Huey placed Doyle in some sort of slowed time
field. Effectively, Doyle is in stasis, condition undetermined.
Unbeknownst the rest of the crew, Doyle's 'ghost' is roaming the ship,
somehow separated from his body which now resides in sickbay.

USS XERXES
Repairs continue on the Xerxes, which is still in orbit at Starbase
Omega. The crew is still enjoying shore leave. Captain Careth has
decided to allow Ensign Cat, the CSciO, to withdraw his original
transfer request.

DS 101
In the holodeck Romana was surprised by a "thing" that when
approached by a group of knights asked the knights for a
shrubbery. There were many incantations at the castle, and
the Dr. heard "Merlin" chant a magical spell and then
vanish. Later the Dr. and Hogan were ambushed on their way
to rescue Romana. After a frenzy of battle, and dealing with
illusions, Hogan was called on his comm badge and told there
was an incomming message. It was from Rissa who wanted to
see him. He left immediately.
Rissa, not being able to obtain a D-warp without asking the
CO, got transport from Kennedy's travel and went off leaving
a note in Zack's quarters for him to find. She said she
would return as soon as she could. Zack would find the
note, but not right away.
T'Lek, after her bout with pain, had great clearity of
purpose and sought out the serviced of El Sombra to obtain
some items banned in the Federation.
Velez, the parole officer assigned to Kronus, went to
Kenney's Travel to try meet with him the first time.
Jake Edwards was working in one of the science labs with
Ens. Menlox diagnosing a faulty terminal. He also has a pet
project to improve the holodecks by allowing some things
(not beings) used therein to be replicated matter and not
just holograms and thus removable from the holodeck.
(Presumably this would be a good way to get a souvenier of
ones holodeck time.)
Alyza and Taavek met in the holodeck before work to climb
the holodeck version of the steps of Mount Selaya on
Vulcan. They talked as they walked, discussing what to do
in the event the Klingons made it to this remote are of the
cocoon, and more importantly, Taavek's feeling of
isolation. It seems that the indeed not all councellors are
pink and fluffy, as Alyza had found out the night before.
Today it was her turn to listen to Taavek and reasure him
the best she could (not something she is used to) that he
did belong here on DS 101 and since the mind meld he was
somehow also a part of her family. They finnaly had reached
the temple at the top when Alyza's comm badge beeped, it was
Zack Hogan informing her about Edward's rather unfortunate
message to all department heads requesting a staff meeting.
For his message, Edwards was confined to quarters for 3 days
by Captain Alyza and explained why he was being confined.
At the end of which, he was called by Captain Alyza to her
office to talk about what he had learned.
After the holodeck fun, Dionysus returned to work in the
sickbay. There was a badly burned patient from a mysterious
explosion of some kind. He notified security.
Later that same day, Alyza called a meeting of all staff
save Jake, as a request she had made days before had been
approved by the admiral. Lt. Zack Hogan was awarded the
Distinguished Service Medal for his efficient and consistent
service to DS 101 in his capacity as its Tec/Sec
officer and now as 2O, CPO Roman Stewart was promoted to CPO
first class, and both her and Lt. Taavek awarded the Zefram
Cochrane Medal for their work on the USS ATLANTIS
modifications.
The station got a new OPs officer, Lt(jg) Bel Shaane, a
Bajoran who had transfered from C1. He was met by Captain
Alyza who showed him his station and gave him a run-down of
his duties.
Zack was crushed when he found the note from Rissa.
Taavek is beginning crew evaluations and has been invited
for dinner by Alyza so he may see the twins as he had
requested.
During surgery on the injured patient, Dionysus discovered
that he had no internal organs, only flesh, increasing the
mystery.
Bel's gave extra power to the sick bay during the surgery.
He also noticed that there was some unusual power
consumption in a certain shop in the mall and notified
security. It seems El Sombra is using extra unauthorized
power for some reason. Security and Bel will be
investigating.

USS CURIE
The away team had met representatives of a sentient race on the planet,
the
Tekcircs. It seems the Scree Waa are their enemies.
On the ship, Dr. Noren is doing his best to help Trebor.
Z'Dark had been released by the Nebula Dwellers and rescued by Rissa.

USS HERACLES
The Heracles successfully rendezvoused with the Dergrad Ambassador's
transport and has left for DS101 with the Ambassador on board. LtCmdr
Stark Springs has awoken from his coma and will soon resume
active duty.
After much coaxing, Cmdr Ryan and his rescue team have managed to get
underway in the vessel Schlock, provided by the Dergrad government. Dr.
Binires has altered the team (made up of herself, Cmdr Ryan, Lt Berdel
and Ens Kuvak) to look like Dergrad, and LtCmdr Arkanis has been
disguised as Cmdr Ryan's pet. The DPO Schlock has successfully arrived
on the planet where Lt. Evans is believed to be held.

Intelligence Report for Cocoon Fleet - Commander Tulok
The DS 101 area(the Amgine Sector) is currently stable. How long this
will last is unknown at this time.
Na-Chem activity has greatly reduced recently and a ceasefire seems
close. How the Juun will react to such a situation is currently
unknown.
Klingon Situation Report for Starfleet (In Brief) - Commander Inhoff:
The USS ZEUS, NCC-92510 and the USS CLARK, NCC-21806-B have been
officially reported destroyed. All hands were lost. Condolences
are offered to family and friends.
Outpost 131 was taken by Klingon forces following last week's
defeat of Klingon vessels.
Inhabitants of planets boardering the Klingon Occupied Zone are advised
to evacuate and proceed to DS 12 for relocation. Starfleet will provide
transportation for those who wish to evacuate.
A group of thirty Federation Ambassadors, trapped in the
Federation embassy on the boarder world of Tok'atch have been evacuated
safely by the USS TIAN AN MEN.
The USS KATANA has discovered that a group of Klingon vessels have been
responsible for the recent raids on Federation Starfleet and Civilian
vessels - whether the force act independently of the Klingon Empire
or as part of it is currently unknown.
The USS CRUSADER's Starfury wing succesfully hunted down and destroyed
the Klingon Bird of Prey responsible for the destruction of the USS
CLARK.
Acting CinC Starfleet and the Federation President are currently
discussing a response to the Klingon acts of war.
