The LOKI is currently drydocked at Gaia Fleetyards.

USS REGULATOR
The Regulator has departed the secret UTOPIA location for her supply
prepositioning mission. On her way to her first drop point, the ship
encountered and intercepted a Cardassian warship in Federation space.
Both Captains made their albeit peaceful intentions known to each
other. As both ships were about to part ways, a D-Warp shuttle came
into sensor range. Shortly after dropping out of D-Warp, the small
craft ejected its warp core, which in turn, exploded. The Regulator is
now moving in to investigate and possibly rescue the pilot.

DS 101
The USS Hikaru crew modified a photon torpedo, in order to make a 'bug
lamp', that, at Tinkerbell's suggestion, would attract the bugs to it.
The
solution worked and the Hikaru managed to retrive and tow the remains of
the
USS Curie NCC-66004.
Captain Alyza, accompanied by Velez, Kronus and Kennedy inspected the
ship
Kennedy salvaged. The strange ship seems to be identical to the
Jackie-O. It
seems both ships have been built by the people of Nova Emperyea. However
this raised a lot of questions.
Taneida Jennad "Wolf" and the Vulcan pet vendor T'Lek discovered some
old
ties, a thing that somewhat affected El Sombra's plans. However, Wolf
made a
deal with El Sombra to keep an eye on Roland Broan, whilst being
'employed'
as second pilot for FasTrak Shipping.
Roland Broan, a powerful Betazoid telepath and leader of the religious
cult
'Ra Beam' has arrived on DS101. Upon finding out signs of mental
invasion in
an officer, Captain Alyza tried to reach Lt Caleb Wills, the FCO of
the
USS Curie NCC-66004-A. Wills had studied under Tiban Monk, like Broan.
She
also recalled the USS Hikaru for support.
In the meantime Broan started to make more adepts out of the station
personnel and create havoc.
Shooting errupted when the Hikaru returned. During the incident, 'The
Paradise', one of the cult's ships has been severely damaged.
Roland requested an audience at Captain Alyza, but she delayed their
meeting
in order to prepare her office for the meeting.

USS HERACLES
The Rescue Team began their infiltration, with Cmdr Ryan and Lt
Springs being quickly captured. It seems that the rescue was not as
secret as the Dergrad government had assured. LtCmdr Arkanis joined up
with Ens Kuvak and Dr. Binires and have succeeded in killing many
Dergrad rebels as well as freeing the rest of the rescue team and the
long-lost Lt Evans. The team has yet to return to their ship or even
leave the compound however, as they are meeting heavy opposition.
On board the Heracles, Capt Davies, LtCmdr Springs and Lt Jastar
have managed to outsmart another group of Dergrad rebels, probably
allied with those that were holding Lt. Evans. The Captain beamed over
to the Dergrad ship, under the impression that they were friendly. She
was quickly framed for several murders and conspiracy. Simultaneously,
the Heracles lost helm control and was being controlled by the Dergrad
rebels, put on a course toward the border of Dergrad space. Davies
managed to escape her Dergrad holding cell and make her way to their
engineering section where she unwisely fired several disruptor shots in
an attempt to disable the Dergrad vessel. Luck was with her and she
managed to knock out their main power without blowing up the ship. This
caused the Heracles to regain control, giving LtCmdr Springs a chance to
retrieve the Captain while Lt Jastar intimidated the Dergrad. With
the Captain back on board and the Dergrad scared to death, the Heracles
promptly disabled the Dergrad weapons with intention to arrest them.
The Dergrad vessel self-destructed before capture. The remaining crew
of the Heracles remains tense, awaiting word from the rescue team.
In other news, LtCmdr Jerry Shapiro, MD, has been assigned as the new
CMO. Since the Heracles is in Covert Ops, however, he is waiting at
DS101 for the ship's return. To pass the time, he has offered his
medical services to the crew of DS101, who are facing their own
problems.

Intelligence Report for Cocoon Fleet - Commander Tulok
The DS 101 area(the Amgine Sector) is currently stable. How long this
will last is unknown at this time.
Na-Chem activity has greatly reduced recently and a ceasefire seems
close.
How the Juun will react to such a situation is currently unknown.
Klingon Situation Report for Starfleet - Commander Inhoff:
Communications stations linking The Cocoon with the Federation have been
systematically attacked by Klingon forces - currently 3 have been
destroyed.
Reports and communications to the Federation are suffering from delays
and civilian traffic is being limited.
Inhabitants of planets boardering the Klingon Occupied Zone are advised
to evacuate and proceed to DS 12 for relocation. Starfleet will provide
transportation for those who wish to evacuate.
A group of thirty Federation Ambassadors, trapped in the Federation
embassy on the boarder world of Tok'atch have been evacuated
safely by the USS TIAN AN MEN.
The USS KATANA has discovered that a group of Klingon vessels have been
responsible for the recent raids on Federation Starfleet and Civilian
vessels - whether the force act independently of the Klingon Empire
or as part of it is currently unknown.
