The month of July in the United States of America has always been a month for celebrating freedom because of the 7/4/1776 signing of the Declaration of Independence. But what if 7/4/1776 also has to do with spiritual freedom being declared by your own Holy Spirit?
If you are an American listening to your inner voice, you probably feel very tingly inside about the 4th of July, but what about the ultimate celebration possible inside you, the great and glorious celebration, the fireworks experience that sets the entire universe aglow with never ending bursts of radiance?
In spiritual symbolic language, a language sub-atomic physicists haven't yet discovered, sometimes called "Universal Star Language," the number 4 symbolizes what we call earth consciousness or awareness of solid forms, and the number 7 symbolizes Christ Consciousness or the highest level of awareness achievable while rising out of earth consciousness. The Christ Consciousness symbolized by 7 is the same as God Consciousness or awareness of only oneness, yet easily able to integrate back into earth if necessary as long as earth still exists.
So July 4th, which would be "74" in Universal Star Language, means roughly, "Christ is influencing earth," or more precisely, "Christ consciousness is in control although earth consciousness is still present in awareness."
Similarly, the number 2 in Universal Star Language symbolizes split mind or a mind split into individualized thoughts and pictures, so "72" indicates Christ consciousness in contol over human thoughts and mental pictures.
Likewise, in Universal Star Language the number 6 represents the entire accumulation of terror and rage since time began which dwells in the depths of being and comes forth as the ego's final death lunge. So imagine all the kill and be killed emotional force of history collected into one gigantic power, and Christ consciousness still rules. That's "76".
Then of course in Universal Star Language the number 1 appearing a few digits in front of the number 6 is about the same as 7, so "1776" has almost the exact same meaning and vibration as "777". 777 has long been known as the "number of the Christ," as in the spiritual saying, "you have to pass through 666 to achieve 777."
Happy spirit of '76! Happy freedom!
When your inner voice talks about freedom, it is not only talking about political freedom, wouldn't you say?
Obviously spiritual freedom is the REAL conclusion of the earthly experience, with independence from the follies and cruelties of earthly governments only an outer reflection of freedom in mind. It's never been about political freedom only. Earthly governments breaking up and disappearing is a natural expression of mind expanding more and more into the spiritual experience of total freedom.
Yes, those who are working for political freedom tend to be more in-touch with their innate freedom as spiritual beings than those who think man's governments offer solutions to perceived human problems. But some might say the workers for political freedom have the cart before the horse, because when the experience of spiritual freedom is realized, everything else is freed automatically.
"But wait! Jesus became Christed and still didn't see political freedom!"
Really? Are you seeing as Jesus sees, as more intuitive scientists sometimes manage to glimpse, beyond the constructs of space and time?
What if Jesus is seeing such complete freedom that the earth as a whole only exists as an almost formless flux? No solid forms of any kind, nevermind political governments. That would really be 74 with Christ in control, wouldn't it?
What if Jesus is seeing such altogether total freedom that even thought forms and mental pictures can't hold themselves separate? No thoughts, no images. That would be big time 72 with any remaining split mind under the all-pervading influence of Christ, wouldn't it?
What if Jesus is seeing such absolutely thorough 100% freedom that even what we would call the deepest dwelling conflagration and death-craving feelings, Satan himself so to speak, cannot be experienced as differentiated from love? Whew! That would be the ultimate 76 with Christ exulted and triumphant, wouldn't it?
So we wish you a happy 74, and 72, and 76... the whole shooting match of shooting stars!
You may wish to use the month of July to experience the freedom of who you really are. Maybe you'll find you are really a star. Wouldn't that be a greater than ever celebration of freedom?
Try this: close your eyes and ask inside, "What if I AM total freedom? What does total freedom feel like? What is the experience inside me of total freedom?"
If you don't feel it right away, ask again. In fact, ask again and again and again until the answer comes... as an experience never before felt in this earthly life. FREEDOM!!!
Do not settle for less. Do not ask a few times and then dilute your commitment, saying to yourself something like, "Well, I've prayed to feel total freedom and I still feel a little like I'm stuck or trapped, so I'll settle for discouragement instead!" Your goal is reached with full endeavor.
One thing is guaranteed. Total freedom, love and joy as an ever-bursting fireworks experience in your heart and soul and being, is yours when you really, really, really, really want it and surrender into the experience.
A strange little twist on the meaning of 7/4/1776 as a spiritual pointer toward ultimate freedom is that millions of Mormons truly believe, as an article of religious faith because their prophet heard it, that it is destiny for the United States of America to host the re-appearance of Christ... in Independence, Missouri.
Those who see A Course in Miracles as a scientific explanation of spirituality might say that the Mormon prophet conceivably could have heard from the recesses of his intuitive nature something a little more vague like, "The Christ will appear in independence," and he interpreted the message to mean a literal city when it really meant a state of mind.
Whether it is enlightened scientists or angels saying it, it will surely be said with certainty someday that when you are free and independent of forms... solid forms, thought forms, mental pictures, feelings of one kind or another, even the deepest "satanic" feelings you didn't even know you had...
...when you are free and independent...
...there is the appearance of the Christ...
...but it is you bursting with total glorious freedom!
Wouldn't that be a celebration!!!
