The First Week of Advent

Advent is a time for waiting, waiting for Jesus to be born on earth, at Christmas time. An advent wreath is used to help count the weeks until Christmas. It is a tradition of the Church. The wreath  shows eternity. The evergreen symbolizes everlasting life.

Today's Advent Activity Pray one Hail Mary and One Our Father  as you begin the advent season.
