| Trench Coat Mafia: | The name chosen by a small group of students in Columbine High School in Colorado. Two of which (Eric Harris and Dillon Kleybold) sadly opened fire on many fellow students in 1999, killing 24 students and injuring many others, mostly targeting jocks and African Americans. Thankfully they shot themselves! But afterwards, due to their chosen garments of black clothing and black trench coats they were mistaken by media and stupid people as Gothics, which sprung immediate wide spread hatred and ignorance toward the Gothic community. The event also started a string of copycat school shootings and bomb threats across the USA. Eric and Dillon weren't actually part of the Trench Coat Mafia in the first place, they only hung out with them sometimes, and WERE NOT GOTHIC! |
