How to Iron On ??
After receiving your order from us, how to put the name & number or badges on the shirt? Here is the way or instruction that may help you.
Iron On Instructions
1. Heat your iron to the 2 dots / 160 C setting and ensure it is fully heated before ironing. There is no need to use steam.
2. Lay the sleeve flat on the ironing surface, making sure you have no creases in the shirt and that it is free from fluff or loose cotton.
3. Place the badge in the correct position onto the sleeve with the glue (rough to touch / back side) side down onto the shirt - it is essential that the name & number or badge is in the correct position and the correct way round before you start ironing - it cannot be removed once applied.
4. When you are sure that the name & number or badge is correctly positioned, place a thin cotton material (handkerchief recommended) over the design and the shirt material. Taking care not to move that from its position.
5. Once you have covered both the name & number or badge and the shirt, place the hot iron flat on the cloth over the seas. Make sure the name & number or the badge is completely covered by the iron. Press firmly for 10 seconds only and do not move the iron. When the 10 seconds are up, remove the iron. This will warm the glue on the back and "tack" in the position for you.
6. Place the hot iron back over the area and begin to iron very firmly over 1 Minute moving the iron slowly so that you do not scorch the shirt.
7. After ironing for 1 minute, stop ironing and allow it to cool for approximately 1 minute or until it is comfortable to touch. The name & number or badge is now ready to peel away from the film if it is available.
8. Remove the film by peeling back from any corner if available. Your careful efforts should reward you with a stunning look to your shirt.
P.S. If it is lifting or has not stuck, place the film and name & number or badge back down and repeat steps 4 to 7.
