Ms. Salvatore is
President & CEO
of Cognitor, a software applications development company
that specializes in Customer Service Resolution Management
and Service Level Analytics.
Previously, Ms. Salvatore served as President & CEO
of a leading provider of a metering, energy information
services, data management, and billing/CIS solutions for
utilities
and municipalities. After successfully building the organization,
she later sold it to a global, multi-national, publicly-traded
company. Donna also spent several years in venture capital,
asset-based financing and portfolio management, and was
an executive at a large multi-national energy conglomerate.
Ms. Salvatore holds an MBA from the University of Chicago
with a concentration in Finance and Marketing and a B.S.
Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
She is on the Corporate Advisory Board of The Institute for
the Integration of Management and Engineering (T.I.M.E.),
a joint venture between the Case School of Engineering and
the Weatherhead School of Management.
