Whenever Claims happen, I will do the process immediately and deliver the cheque right after it is released by AIA.
I will receive your calls whenever I am available, or I will call you back within 12 hrs when I get the voicemail.
I will keep Constant Connection to all of you by different means, e.g. e-mail, phone calls, go out for a tea-break or a meal.
